Role:
As a Web Developer at Tektome, you'll be an integral contributor to our projects, crafting and optimizing our web platforms to be efficient, scalable, and user-centric.
Responsibilities:
- Craft, develop, and maintain reliable and efficient Ruby on Rails code.
- Seamless integration of data storage using PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate on front-end elements designed by teammates using modern JS and TailwindCSS.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Diagnose and rectify bottlenecks and bugs.
- Spearhead the incorporation of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Uphold code quality and organization standards.
- Deploy automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines for streamlined integration and deployment.
- Employ Docker for scalable and consistent environments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years in-depth experience with Ruby on Rails.
- At least 2 years of experience with modern JS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with Docker and containerization strategies.
- Understanding in creating and managing CI/CD workflows.
- Comprehensive experience with PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to design and execute tests for code.
- Adeptness in front-end development using TailwindCSS.
- Business Level English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to Python development.
- Familiarity with large language model integration.
- Experience or understanding of Azure cloud offerings.
- Practical experience with graph databases and technologies (e.g., Neo4j etc).
- Experience with working GraphQL integrations.
